Shipping policy
We do our best to get your gear packed up and on the move as quickly as possible. Below is everything you need to know about how shipping works at Atlantic Cargo®.
Shipping Area
At this time, we ship to the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Order Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
Split Shipments
Some items may ship separately.
Atlantic Cargo® apparel is produced using a mix of on-demand and small-batch printing, depending on the item. Free Atlantic Cargo® window decals may arrive in a separate package at no additional cost.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship via a combination of UPS and USPS for the most efficient delivery.
Delivery typically occurs Monday–Saturday and usually arrives within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on location.
Posters ship rolled in a protective tube for safe delivery.
All posters are shipped unframed.
📍 Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.
⚠️ Limited Releases
Due to the limited nature of all Atlantic Cargo® Founders Drop and series items:

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before ordering, as limited release items cannot be exchanged.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages
Atlantic Cargo® is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received. If your tracking shows “delivered” and you cannot locate your package, please contact the carrier directly. We are happy to provide any shipping details needed for your claim.
🏠 Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
🛠 Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@acargogear.com with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you. Due to the limited nature of our drops, replacements may not always be available.
