How long does shipping take?

Orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days after they’re placed. We’ll email tracking information when your order ships. Shipping starts at $4.49 for a single item; your total is shown at checkout.

Can items in one order arrive separately?

Yes. Some items may ship in separate packages. You won’t be charged extra because we split a shipment.

What if an item doesn’t fit or I don’t love it?

Email info@acargogear.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. Keep the item—we’ll refund its purchase price. No return shipping required. Original shipping charges are not refunded for fit or change-of-mind refunds.

What if my order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the continental United States.
