REFUND POLICY — ATLANTIC CARGO®

Return Window — Non-Limited Release Items

We offer a 30-day return window on eligible non-limited release (evergreen) items. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Final Sale — Limited Releases

Because of the limited and collectible nature of certain releases, the following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All Atlantic Cargo® Founders Drop items

  • Limited edition posters

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

No reruns. No restocks. All limited-release sales are final.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If your item is eligible for return:

  1. Return the original item (once approved)

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
